Hi Folks, The market in Arlington seems to be having a bit of a rebound this week. We are seeing better energy at open houses and at showings. Mark Lesses
I was out at Arlington open houses the weekend before last, and there were mixed results. One house had 25+ visitors on a Saturday (and went under agreement within 5 days of being listed) and the other was rather empty. Looks like it is still a game of well priced houses in good neighborhoods being in demand, and overpriced houses sitting on the market for long periods of time.
